Hi, I want to make sure my subscription is cancelled n I’m not charged the amount

If a subscription was actually started then "canceling" it will only tell it not to renew. You will have to pay for the initial subscription. You can, however, request a refund.

First confirm you have canceled any subscription automatic renewal (if you simply delete an app this does not cancel subscriptions):

• "If you signed up for a free or discounted trial subscription and you don't want to renew it, cancel it at least 24 hours before the trial ends."

• An existing subscription will normally continue until the end of its term and may then renew automatically. Stopping automatic renewal is effectively canceling it. "If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, then the subscription is already canceled and won't renew." The "Expires" date means the current subscription will just run until then.

• Read the link to see what to do about subscriptions that do not appear in your list.

Unless it's a free trial, cancelling it just turns off automatic renewal; it'll remain active until the end of the subscription period.

You have paid for 3 months so you will get 3 months even though you cancelled the renewal after that time.
