Speaker icon greyed out

Hi team, I updated my iPhone 7 today to 14.6 and after that if I made a call , it’s blank, the call gets connected but I can’t hear anything. Speaker button is greyed out. If I put headphones, I can’t hear from the headphones. It’s very inconvenient and frustrating. Is there any help from Apple Team or solution ?

We see you are unable to hear anything when making a calls. The speaker button is grayed out as well. We want to help.
