社群軟體通知延遲

我的iphone11最近的ig、fb 、line 、message 等通知都好延遲，無法即時接受最新訊息，來電也沒有顯示，都會變成未接來電，手機本身已經更新至最新14.4，也有確認過所有軟體的通知設定以開啟，甚至嘗試關機和重新下載，都無法解決此問題，困擾無比。
