iPad Pro Camera Tethering

Hello,

Why is tethering a digital camera to an iPad Pro is still not a feature?

While you can connect a camera (in my case a Nikon D800E) and download selected images using the Photos app or Adobe Lightroom, you can not have the images pop up automatically as you shoot.

It's 2021 and you'd think by now Apple, Adobe or Phase One would have a solution for this!

Nikon Tethered to iPad, iPhone on import, duplicate images appear I am using a Nikon Z7 and Z7II. Connected via the Apple camera connection kit to an iPad Mini 5 (14.7.1) or an iPhone 6s Plus (14.7.1). As I shoot, the images will appear in the "import" screen of the Photos app. However, they show up duplicated. They are not duplicated on the camera. If I disconnect the camera and reconnect, they are no longer duplicated. Only new pictures taken while the camera is connected appear duplicated. This happens in multiple apps that import images directly from a camera. This makes it difficult to work on a shoot as the screen becomes cluttered by dozens of duplicated images. Connecting and reconnecting to clear the screen is not an option during a shoot. UPDATE: -This happens with both JPEG and RAW. -When I test on my Mac Mini, it works properly and only shows the single image in Image Capture. As it should. Any ideas? Thank you

DSLR Tethering for LIVE view Can Ipad pro support the Live View feature that desktops provide if you connect your camera during a photography session so that the client can see the images as the pictures are being taken? I hope that Apple can resolve this issue because there are a multitude of people with ipads and we would as customers benefit from having our ipads take on this feature.

Nikon DSLR Wired Tethering to iPad How to tether a Nikon DSLR that does not have bluetooth or Wifi to ipad(through lightning-USB Cable) to shoot with and use Live View on the iPad? The manufacturer’s app works only with WiFi enabled cameras. There are a ton of 3rd party app on Android. Is there any app for it?
