M1 Mac Mini Eye Strain using LG Ultrafine 23.7" 4K Display 🖥

Is anyone else experiencing eye strain using an M1 Mac Mini with LG's Ultrafine 4K 23.7" Display? I tried talking to Genius Bar and they weren't much help. The problem begins almost immediately and becomes unbearable around the 5 minute mark. I've tried using apps like Iris and SPF - Screen Polarizer, (which is on the Mac App Store) but nothing helps. I've plugged in my Dell laptop to the display and my eyes do not give me issues then.

I know the M1 has a lot of issues around the display. Maybe this is a less noticeable but still related issue.

The Display is connected with the USB-C Lightning Connector that came in the box with the display.
