Upgrade
I have an older Mac. Is there a way to upgrade it? I have tried and it says it is fully upgraded but I'm running an older version.

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and depending on which MacBook model you have, click on El Capitan, High Sierra, Mojave, Catalina, or Big Sur.

The only one it is compatible with is El Captain but the app store doesn't have it. Is there a different way to upgrade?
Click on El Capitan above. The download link for it is available through Apple Support, not the Mac App Store.
