If your mac is using an SSD, then it is nearly impossible to restore deleted files/ folders.

How long after you deleted these files/ folders did you try the Recovery apps.

When you delete items that tells the mac the space is now available for being written to,

the longer you leave it before trying recovery the less likely you will succeed in recovering deleted files.

Have you not been making backups of your data.

Well did you read the article in the link I gave you it says that it is near impossible to

recovery deleted data from an SSD.

You can try any amount of "free" recovery apps, none of them guarantee they will recover anything.

You could employ a data recovery service costing perhaps thousands of dollars and they still wouldn't

guarantee they will be able to recover the exact data you lost.

thanks for your answer @Eau Rouge!

Yes my macbook air have a ssd. The accident happened 2 days ago.

Im testing on my other macbook with ssd and the same configuration: Big Sur 11.4, making folder and coping files there, then i deleted the main folder and empty the bin and scan the ssd right away and I´m not able to recover the folder that I just deleted 5 minutes ago.

I´m not sure if is totally imposible, or I need to downgrade to Catalina for example (i can install Catalina o a usb). or maybe find the right program to do that job.

Thanks for your help.

i can install catalina on a usb, im not touching the original ssd, i aware that the more I used it decrease the probability to recover

Thanks i already used most of the apps there, my question right now is:

is posible to recover a deleted file or not? in a ptractical case, i know that in theory there is a lot of tools even free, but in the real World is posible?

Thanks
