Thunderbolt compatibility with Targus Dock 180

I have the following questions for Macbook Air.

Does Macbook Air (Latest) support Targus Dock 180 https://us.targus.com/products/usb-c-universal-dv4k-docking-station-with-power-dock180usz ?
would both be compatible with each other to support two external displays and other usb peripherals like mouse, keyboard, webcam etc..?

Thunderbolt 3 Dock for a Mac Pro 2019 I want to use my CalDigit TS3 Plus Thunderbolt 3 dock that I normally use on my MacBook Pro 16 laptop (which serves as the power supply and dual monitor output) to my Mac Pro 2019 instead. It might be an obvious "no problem" but I want to make sure there are no inter-operability issues such as shorting the ports. Anyone using a Thunderbolt dock meant for a laptop on their Mac Pro 2019 desktop?

will Thunderbolt 3 docks work with my MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014) will Thunderbolt 3 docks work with my MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014). Looking for dock to connect my MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014) to older USB external drives and (if possible) a thunderbolt passthrough (to older iMac which am already using as second screen with my MacBook using a TB to TB cable. All the available docks seem to be Thunderbolt 3.
