Airpods not connecting to PC (ASUS ROG STRIX G531GT) via bluetooth

Airpods not connecting to PC (ASUS ROG STRIX G531GT) via bluetooth, it identifies the airpods are open, and starts trying to connect, stays a while then says "we dint get any response from the device, try again," you try again and it still fails. Please help.

The airpods are working with my iphone and other PCs comfortably... are there sound drivers specifically for ASUS PCs?

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. It sounds like your AirPods are not pairing to a specific PC, but it is working with your iPhone and other PCs okay. Are you able to pair this PC with other Bluetooth devices successfully? If so, try these steps: If your AirPods won't connect.
