Visual Voicemail

When will the issue with Visual Voicemail be resolved? I’ve tried all the suggestions except to Reset Network or any reset. I’m not sure what else will happen on my phone if I Reset Network. My issue all started after an update. I don’t recall which one. It was months ago. I thought perhaps there would be an update to fix this issue. Nothing so far. Will it get fixed?
