Activity app just says loading.

My new Apple Watch SE has worked great except for the activity app. When I click the app it just says “Loading…” with an icon of a phone.

I have reset sync data AND repaired the phone. It still won’t stop!! Help :(.

It sounds like you have been doing some good troubleshooting already.


Something to consider, do you have any trouble when making any changes on the watch settings (using the Watch app) on your iPhone? Do they sync to the watch without any issues?


Since you’ve unpaired and paired your Apple Watch and iPhone and it’s still not working, you may want to reach out to Apple Support. They can be reached at Get Support.
