Airpods Pro discounnecting

Right after iOS 14.6, My AirPod Pro started to disconnect while I get on the phone. This is a big issue for me as I meet all day, and I use my AirPods more for calls than any other thing. So, please, I am looking for your assistance?

FYI: I have reset and followed every instruction out there, so I am assuming this is a known bug that wasn't resolved since like 2018 from the oldest document I saw here. But is there any workaround or ways to suggest solving this issue that would be much appreciated?

I have also been dealy with this same issue.

My Airpods Pro doesn't give me any issue staying connected when listening to Apple Music. Once a call comes in or I make a call the Airpod Pro connects/disconnects back and forth.

The only workaround I have found is to only take calls by using my Lightning Connector headphones.

Forgetting the bluetooth device, long-pressing the button on the airpods pro case (with the airpods in the case, and the lid open) for 15+ seconds, and then pairing again fixed it for me.

Just saw the same thing happen with my iPhone 12 Mini. This is a complete deal breaker.
