Cannot connect to Apple ID server

I erased ,and updated my 5th generation iPad, and but I am still unable to connect to Apple ID server. I have the right password, and I am connected to WiFi. I don’t know what to do , so I can connect to my Apple server. Help! Second day working on this.

We see you're having some server connection issues with your iPad. Depending what screen you are on, please go through the troubleshooting in the following help articles:


If you are having issues re-activating your device, check here: If iTunes can't contact the software update server for iPhone, iPad, or iPod - Apple Support


If you passed setup and just have issues connecting to the services, please check here: If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - Apple Support


Are you able to try a different Wi-Fi network at all? Please make sure it meets these requirements: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points - Apple Support


Do you use any other iOS or macOS devices? If so, are you having any trouble with any Apple services on those?
