Safari won’t open secure Lloyds banking


For the last four days I cannot access Lloyds Bank online banking. I can access the bank's home page, but when I click on the online banking log in button that page will not load and I eventually get a message that "Safari cannot open this page because the server where this page is located is not responding."

Can anyone help?

Quit Safari. Launch Safari holding the shift key down.

If this doesn’t help, download EtreCheck, run it to see if there is any adware installed or not.

      Click  “Free download” button,

      Open Downloads folder, click on it to open, and then select ”Open”.

      “Choose a problem” from the popup menu box, and then “Start EtreCheck” in the dialog.

      Click “Share Report” button in the toolbar, select “Copy report” .

      Paste the report when you reply.
