Why does my System Preferences have no iCloud?

When I asked a question that my iPhone photo does not show up in Photos and it told me to access System Preferences>iCloud. When I go to System Preferences, there is no "iCloud" anywhere on the screen. I am using MacOS Catalina, 10.15.7.

Try System Preferences -> Internet Accounts -> iCloud.
