So I wanted to record a discord chat or call but for the call I dont have audio for it. Does anybody know how to screen record with audio or just record the application with audio alone? Any option works

Standard you can only record audio with your microphone by recording the output of your loudspeakers. If you want to record audio directly from your system you need to install an audio driver such as BlackHole. I use it without any problem and it is safe.

By default you can’t record both audio and video of your screen. There are 3rd party utilities but I don’t know how secure or safe they are and they require jumping through some hoops. Screenflow, which is not free, is the best app I’ve used for recording screen with audio and video. Please do your own research and see if it’s for you. I can however record both audio and video screen on my iOS device. Best of luck to you.
