My MacBook Air is making a noise, sounds like listening to wind blowing, i turned the volue button F10 and F11 down but it hasn't stopped. Does anyone have any suggestion what it might be? and how i can fix it?

Resetting NVRAM could solve sound related issues.
Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac - Apple Support
If it doesn't help, try to check your MacBook Air with Apple Diagnostics if it reports sound hardware related error(VFF001, VFF002, and VFF003).
