“Turn text into audio” shortcut not loading!

When I search for a shortcut that converts text to speech(mp3 file), I found a shortcut named “Turn Text Into Audio”. When I select that, it keeps loading (Shown in below picture) and I waited for 5 minutes. Nothing happens and it keeps on loading. I have good internet speed.

Any solution from anyone will be thankful!

speak selection is choppy I frequently use the speak selection accessibility option when working on homework as it allows me to process my reading assignments more efficiently. The problem is that ever since I switched to a new M1 MBP, the audio is choppy at the beginning of every paragraph or if I pause and unpause at any point. It makes it very difficult to use. This happens in every app I've tried that allows for the screen reader to work. It also doesn't matter how much I select (1 sentence to a whole web page). I've even tried copying and pasting into other apps like notes or text edit. Any suggestions?

Inserting audio files in word so non-mac users can open Hi, I'm trying to insert audio files in a word document, which works perfectly when I'm looking at it, but when I send to a non-mac user, they can see the speaker icon but can't click on it to open the audio. Does anyone know how to remedy this?
