Mac 11-2020, Big Surr 11.1. Try to update Mac OS to Big Sur 11.4, finish downloading and clicked on Botton Restart Now. But when it showing tab to insert user password, it said that I put the wrong password. But I am really sure that is the right one. Already try to restart manually, but not working.

And it works for me.
Check if Caps Lock in ON.
When the Account was Originally Setup - what keyboard Layout was used. May need to change back to was used before.
I am really sure it's not on Caps Lock. Have tried to type it with US Keyboard Viewer still not working for me.
I dont think so, this is the new one.
Update to Big Sur 11.4 cannot restart, it said wrong user password but it's the right one
