If they are valuable to you then get the screen replaced. If you are in luck then the data will still be there but tell the repairer that is your intention.

If you can't operate the phone, you likely cannot get your photos to go anywhere. This is why backing up before something catastrophic occurs is so important. Perhaps a 3rd party service might be able to access the photos on your phone?
