No, since I'm not in Hungary nor do I have a Hungarian payment method. But its Apple's own regional store. It's not third party store. It's Apple's own website set for Hungary.
It's just like ordering from the U.S Online Store, only for Hungary. https://www.apple.com/hu/iphone/
You would need to use the Hungarian online store: iPhone – Apple (HU)
See if it accepts payment methods from the U.S. Or use a Hungarian Payment method.
