How to buy and install an Apple SIM card?

iPad generation 6 att

I recently had problems with logging on to cellular and went to the att store for help. They removed the apple/att sim card and installed their own. I only use cellular for one month at a time, just for trips to use the maps.

Now I can't buy another month without going back to the att store that charges me another installation and monthly fee.

Any way to get another apple/att sim card? And, how do I do it; install/cost/etc.?

Thanks.

Replacement physical AppleSIM cards can be purchased from Apple Stores.

If AppleSIM is used on some Cellular networks, such as AT&T, the AppleSIM may be locked to the Carrier network - and will need to be replaced before the iPad can be used with a different Cellular network. Most Cellular Network Operators do not lock the SIM - and you can freely move between networks as needed.
