how to find new buy watch not deliver

Dear Sir,

I buy a watch from apple watch which invoice is put on the screen. But I paid the full amount still I don't known what happen. Still, they, not deliver a product. Is that scam happen to me or they deliver the product.

Suppose I believe it's a scam then I have a question to apple care how it happens but if the product is not delivered the product and I get the invoice in my name with the serial number.
