Access to camera and microphone CONTINUES BLOCKED after permission granted for access to both - camera and microphone in ASK access mode (Settings: Camera, Microphone and Safari) for access on doxy.me telehealth call.

Upgrade to iOS V. 14.6 is only recent change to iPhone 8, to best of my recollection.
