Backing up old iPhone

Hey I’m trying to backup my old iPhone onto my Mac, the old phone screen doesn’t work and I can’t unlock the phone so the phone doesn’t show up in the files

please help

If the screen doesn't work and you can't unlock the phone, then you can't back it up either. It's always too late to worry about backing up a phone after it's broken.
