Not able to activate iMessage and Facetime

I am using a iPhone Xr running ios 14.6. I havent been able to activate iMessage and Facetime lately with errors like “Activation unsuccessful”. The problem occurs with both mobile number and Apple Id activation. I tried several online fixes from resetting network settings, resetting all the settings and erasing data, etc.. But nothing works. I contacted my network provider to ask for solution but they then directed me to apple Support.

Please help me with this issue
