trade in returned without reason or warning

I bought a new iPad from apple website and arranged a trade in. New iPad and packaging to return trade arrived no problem. I pad returned and an email sent to remove this device from my apple account. Done this right away and 14 days later the iPad arrived back on my doorstep. Do apple not want my iPad? Found it strange no email or note inside explaining why?

Apple got a different phone than the one I sent for trade in What a mess. I had a Samsung S22 Ultra. Traded in for iphone 15 Pro max, via carrier deal. Got the new phone, and put the s22 in the trade in box and sent back. a few days later, i get an email that my trade in was not what I sent, they said I sent a Google Pixel 4, and is worth $20 (my s22 was worth 325). I call , give them serial #'s, etc--they said they will investigate. They finally call back and say that the investigation shows i sent a pixel and case is closed and I need to reject the trade in to get it back. I reject it and today, I get it, and its a very old iPhone!!! No even the pixel. I call..ask for a manager. they are useless and say their hands are tied. I gave them the serial off the crappy iPhone and she says its not in their system-- ANY HELP is appreciated!!! thank you [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Apple trade in Screwup So I get am email from Apple today telling me that my iPhone 12 pro max is only worth $30 on trade-in down from the original 790 I am mediately declined and told them to send me back my phone. After calling Apple to see why they were only giving me $30 on pretty much a brand new phone they told me it’s because I sent them an iPhone 6 mind you I did not I sent them the iPhone 12 pro max I explained this to them but it’s pretty much a he said she said situation I have remove the device from find my phone so I don’t have it registered in iCloud but I do have the original box with the serial number so now I fear the phone that they are sending me back is an iPhone 6 that is not mine and I’m going to be out $790 Worth of trade a Equity and I won’t even have my original iPhone 12+ max So I’m kind of double screwed
