iPhone Software Updates folder untraceable on Win 10. Tried for hours.
I have spent all day with the help of Google trying to locate the iPhone Software Updates folder on my PC (Windows 10) but all to no avail. When I get to 'Roaming' via User, I am supposed to continue to Apple Computer, then to iTunes and then to iPhone Software Updates. Access to Apple Computer on my PC is via Program Data (not User) and when I open it, I do find the iTunes folder. But in the iTunes folder there is no iPhone Software Updates folder.
I have gone through the rigmarole of revealing hidden files. But that hasn't yielded the results I had hoped for. I was hoping some computer wizard from Apple would remote assist me. It transpires they want money for any support, unlike Microsoft with their products.
My goal was to reverse the latest iOS software update (14.6) because with it I forfeit access to an app that is important to me. Does anybody know what my way forward here is?
