How can I disable tips from being shown

Every time I open a text box to type this message keeps popping up. How do I remove this permanently?

iPhone XS, iOS 14

Have you tried tapping on the "Learn more..." link?

Have you tried going to Settings > Safari, and disabling both "Search Engine Suggestions" & "Safari suggestions?"

Which exact version of iOS 14 is running on your iPhone XS? Per chance do you have Siri enabled? If so, and you temporarily disable it, does this issue go away?

I did and that didn't work. I keep getting a similar message anytime I try to type anything, even in a text. This is the message I'm referring to.
