My iPhone 12 Pro had no issues charging through my case using a MagSafe charger for about 3 months of usage. In the past week my phone has stopped charging through the case. The charging animation still happens when connected; however, it is not actually charging. I have tried force restarting the phone and that has not helped. It charges ok without the case off. I have tried cleaning the case and that didn’t help as well.

Hi. The case is made for MagSafe charging. Yes. It also was working ok with the case on for months until about a week ago.
Actually the other night I tried without the case and it didn’t charge either. Both times It showed as connected but did not actually charge.
I do not own any other magsafe compatible devices unfortunately.
