The Maps app works fine but once I start to play music from Spotify the turn by turn navigations responses stop. It was never like this but all of a sudden it doesn’t speak while Spotify is playing or if I pause the song. Please help me fix this, I really need Maps to direct me verbally.

We understand that turn-by-turn directions in Maps is not working as expected. In Settings, do you have Pause Spoken Audio on or off? The following guide can walk you through the setting if needed:

Thank you for responding. Yes, Pause Spoken Audio is on. The link provided didn’t help my problem, unfortunately.
Hi again, turns out I had the “Hey Spotify” feature enabled so that was interfering with the navigation audio in Maps for some reason. I turned the “Hey Spotify” feature off and the Maps audio is working :).
