Hello...i have error code 102 when downloading update for iTunes could you please help me solve this?

Hello my Mac mini is a bit old I need to update iTunes but it shows an error code 102. Is there any one out there who can help me fix this? Thank you in advance

An error occurred while downloading the updates. (102) I have a pretty old laptop and just did a full erase and a clean install. It's a MacBook Pro Retina 13-inch Late 2012 Processor 2.5ghz intel core i5 memory 8gb 1600 mhz ddr3 os X version 10.8.5 I want to update it to a newer OS, as I wanted to install some apps that I had running pre-erase. When I look for updates, it only lists 'itunes'; it listed more, but i was able to install those. It's listing that it wants to update to iTunes 12.4.3, but then fails with the 102 error when i try to run it. I don't particularly need to be on the latest OS, I really want to get it to 10.10 though, as that's what the app i need requires.
