iPhone keeps giving "User Busy" message

Hi I’m having a problem with my iPhone sometimes gives my phone user busy status.

All the sitting is okay, I didn’t turn on don’t disturb so there is a problem

To confirm, when people call your iPhone, they receive a busy signal even though you're not on a phone call and you don't have Do Not Disturb enabled. Is that correct? If so, we can understand how this would be an issue. Allow us to investigate this issue and assist in any way we can.


When this issue occurs, does it occur with all contacts that attempt to call you or just specific ones? Which iOS version are you currently using? You can find your iOS version by going to Settings > General > About. We ask because if you have any pending updates available, it would be best to create a backup and update your device. Keeping it fully updated can help resolve various issues and also help with overall performance issues.
