Control Center Not Working

Is there a way to access my control center to turn my phone off of portrait so it can rotate my control center isn’t working & I did a hard reset still no luck

Rotate the screen on your iPhone or iPod touch

  1. Swipe down from the top-right corner of your screen to open Control Center.
  2. Tap the Portrait Orientation Lock button to make sure that it's off.
  3. Turn your iPhone sideways.
