My phone keeps dying at 10%?

So, I have an iphone X. I’ve had it for a few years so my battery health went down to 81%, but not even 2 weeks ago I got my battery replaced and this is when the problem started.

The battery health is now 100% and works perfectly with no complaints, but when i get down to 10% battery life, my phone shuts down and won’t turn on again until I charge it.

I didn’t have this problem with my old battery , it’s only happened since i had the new battery put in.

is there a way to fix this?

Was the battery replaced by certified technicians who use genuine Apple batteries?...

About genuine iPhone batteries

If that's the case, the certified technician who did the battery replacement should happily fix the problem for free.

Yes! You have to replace your battery(please make sure it’s original)

and try to back up and restore ur iPhone.

hi, i don’t know if you actually read my question but i already had my battery replaced about a week ago and this is when the problem started happening.

Yes, they were genuine!! That’s why i’m surprised that this problem is occurring. I don’t really wanna spend another £50 getting it replaced again so is there another solution ?
