Auto dim issue in iphone 12 mini

I tried every possible way to disable auto brightness

all options are turn on/off as per apple guidelines

but still in sunlight, brightness of my phone auto gets dim

and after some time it automatically came normal as per the level of brightness.

this is hectic

specially in playing games

need solution of it???
