i have an 11 that won’t ring.

volume is up

volume buttons work

switch is unmuted

do not disturb is turned off

speakers work

i just have a red bell with slash

plz help

Hello,

The red bell with a slash means that the phone muted. Try sliding the mute button back and forth a few times. Also see:
