While i open the photos app in my iphone 12 i see a display flickering for few secs and it disappears and when i switch to another app after using the photos app again it flickers in another app as well it happens when i use the photos app mainly want to know whether it is a hardware problem or a software problem ??

No its still there it didnt change i even checked in my friends iphone 12 he is also having the same issue.
