CPU caller panics if they result in a multi language restart screen you can't get out of are Kernel panics. Typically a sign of a hardware issue. Run hardware test to see if any issues are detected.

uTorrent is a major problematic software. It can open you to hackers.
Not to mention software downloaded from it frequently is not genuine, and can open you to hacking and other problems. Any software you downloaded with uTorrent should be deemed untrustworthy. Get software only from legitimate sources.
The GPU Panic indicates the graphics chip is failing.
Unfortunately you missed out on the exchange/repair program many MacBook Pros of that vintage had for graphics chips issues. It ended in 2018.
Codemeter and Turboboost are both unknown in their efficacy. You are better off getting a refurbished model of that age if you still need software from that time period.
Macs can only run the system that shipped with them and newer when it comes to Mac OS X.

If the discrete GPU is failing, a good possibility for that aged Macbook Pro, then you can disable discrete GPU and just use the integrated intel GPU

I have a Late 2011 15" Macbook Pro that I keep as a server for my backups which has a failing discrete GPU. It runs just fine with the discrete GPU disabled. Granted the work it is doing does not require heavy duty graphics work, so there are not serious performances issues not having the discrete GPU for my use.
