I received an email that my Norton utilities would automatically renew an my account would be charged $378! I called the 800 number to tell them, I no longer use Norton and it was on a Sunday, so I didn’t question that I was sent to voicemail! I left my name and said I no longer use Norton! Did I just get my iPhone hacked?

It is highly likely that it is a scam and/or phishing call. No Norton plan costs 378 and you shouldn't have to call to stop the renew
I concur with rishabh8, this sounds like a "Phishing Attack" where a scammer sends an 'official-looking' email that is designed to trick someone into divulging sensitive (e.g. Credit Card info).

I use to use Norton! I received the email, I called the 800 number and was sent to a answering service, I left a message giving my name and that I was no longer using Norton! I now realize that I shouldn’t have called and left a message giving my name!!
