I have Chromecast with Google TV plugged into a LG Oled C9... And this one plugged at Samsung soundbar Q70r via eARC...
Using the Netflix app, Dolby Atmos activate instantly... But using Apple TV didn't activate 😟
I am watching SEE tv show... There said it's have Dolby Atmos... But not activate...
Any solution?

Since your screenshot is of an iPhone, are you using AirPlay or Casting the video to your Chromecast? If so, try downloading the Apple TV app directly to your Chromecast and play there. Audio streamed by AirPlay in the Apple TV app is not capable of Dolby Atmos.

See what you need to watch the highest quality video available here: Find movies with 4K, HDR, Dolby Vision, or Dolby Atmos in the Apple TV app. Make sure your devices and network meet all of the requirements.

My devices are working well... With Netflix and Prime Vídeo my Soundbar activate right at start of supported videos... Just in Apple TV+ don't... 😟

The screenshot was from a Xiaomi MI 9... And the app is installed directly in Chromecast with Google TV... App version is that one:
