Call hold

While i am talking in a WhatsApp call and a cellular call comes then i can not hold the WhatsApp call and receive the cellular call. I have to hang up the WhatsApp call to receive the cellular call. Previously i could hold the WhatsApp call to receive cellular call. I am using a iPhone 6S running on iOS 13.3.1 and WhatsApp is updated. Even in updated iOS phone having the same issue. What could be the possible reason and solution?

Can’t make calls on Whatsapp. Hi, I can’t make calls via WhatsApp to some people in the last 2 weeks and yet with some other people it works. I updated to the latest iOS in the last couple of weeks and I’m wondering if that’s why. I haven’t made any other changes to my phone and yet all WhatsApp calls were fine until recently.
