MacBook Pro 16" Fan Noise is crazy 🤯

I have a MacBook Pro 16" (2.4GHz 8Core Intel Core i9)

16GB RAM

AMD Radeon 5500M 4GB

You can see there's barely any load on CPU or GPU and the fans are spinning at crazy high speeds hence the noise becomes inevitable. Let's keep graphic intensive work aside, while just surfing the web, the fans kick-in as per their wish in light usage and go crazy. If I'm on Zoom or Ms Teams for meeting the fan noise disturbs the other participants (let alone myself who's annoyed by it to the end) in meeting and there's nothing I can do about it. It's really irritating and annoying that my MacBook Pro Mid 2012 almost a decade old machine and I put it under same circumstances and that handles the fans pretty well unlike this 16" machine. Being an avid Apple fan since forever and knowing how their devices always just works but this one after spending a hefty amount has such an annoying issue that Apple doesn't care enough to address

And if I connect my book to an external display (direct cable - no dock) the fans just kick in regardless whether the machine is in idle state or under stress as soon as an external monitor is connected fans kick in at their max speed and I don't understand why.

Please suggest solutions, I have been to various forums and its not just me tons of people have the same issue, since its my primary device I can't afford to install macOS Monterey beta to try that out but i genuinely hope Apple addresses this issue in the new macOS if there's no solution currently since it's just around the corner.

Note: Fan ventilation is not the issue I have a fan cooler as well as my MacBook is never lying straight on the surface it's always at an angle for the airflow without anything blocking the vent underneath.

Dear , please hear us out!
