iPhone 12 voice breaking up

My new (March 2021) iPhone performs poorly at irregular times and many location. If I call someone or answer a call, the person on the other end says "You are breaking up". Is my phone defective?

When I make a call with my iphone13 on speakerphone my voice cuts in and out for the person I’m speaking to on the other side. Voice is breaking I bought iPhone 13 pro max on December 2021.On the first time I didn’t notice that my voice is breaking during calls.everyone on the other hand said that my voice is breaking.They didn’t hear my voice properly.still this issue continues.I reset my phone and change my settings.But the problem continues.please solve this issue.

iPhone 7 Plus call quality issue An old thread had literally thousands of people complaining that when they called people with their iPhone 7 / 7 plus their voice is cutting out and the other person can’t hear them. The thread is now closed but I was wondering if this was ever resolved? Recently took the plunge to buy a second hand iPhone 7 Plus and get some get some good pics of our newborn and we have the aforementioned issue. The sound is fine when using voice recorder but as soon as you make a call, the quality is awful. Admit I should have got a guarantee but at the moment it looks like we’ll have to throw the phone away at a £200 loss. We replaced the speaker but made no difference. Have tried all the things I see recommended. Was a full solution ever found?

If you have a case on the phone make sure it is not covering the noise cancellation microphone on the back of the phone near the camera. Also try turning off noise cancellation: Settings/Accessibility/Noise Cancellation.
