If I get the I phone 12 on bill pay for 30 a month with I still get data and calls and texts from my carrier?

Yes. Your cell service is not tied to how you pay for the iPhone, unless you are buying directly form carrier and they subsidize the phone to you.

Monthly payments outside of the carrier will not normally include the cell service no.

Unless Bill Pay is a mobile / cellular service provider you would get data, callas and texts from your carrier yes.

How you pay for the iPhone normally has no relation to how you get your cellular service.

Oh ok so for example if I usualy pay 20 a month for my calls and texts I still would have to lay that 20 on top of the 30 a month for the phone?
