Fitness app not working after restore

Hi, I restored the data to my iPhone (from a backup) after a “factory reset” (deleting the data and settings), and since then the fitness app on my iPhone is not working. The widget is showing no data, and when I open the app it shows a black loading screen. I have tried unpairing and repairing my apple watch, didn’t work.
