Fitness App

My fitness app on my iPhone 13 has not worked since I upgraded to X series. I’ve tried deleting, adding, restarting, rebooting, turning off/on tracking settings and rebooting, nothing works. iPhone app opens with a frozen screen that says to install Activity on the watch, which has already been done. Please help!!
