Can I activate an esim account on my Apple Watch 6 when my iPhone XS Max doesn’t support esim ( it is with tow physical sim)

You can only activate the Esim if your network provider supports it.

Thanks for your replay but isn’t my question

My network supports esim and my Apple Watch 6 supports esim

but my iPhone doesn’t support esim (supports sim only)

can I activate cellular service on my Apple Watch directly

The Esim in the watch uses your phone's number,the watch and the phone must be with the same carrier which is why I posted the list of supported carriers.
