Iphone disabled

After my iphone has been fixed , I can't use it because on the screen appears this phrase : "iphone is disabled. " There is always a timer that never stops (it stops and starts again and again). What can I do?

Click here and follow the instructions. Restoring the iPhone requires plugging it into a computer with iTunes installed, or a Mac running Catalina or newer.
