We understand you to day that the Apple TV Plus is blinking on your TV screen. Does this mean that the image you are receiving on your TV from the Apple TV is flickering or blinking? If so, we would recommend checking the connections between the Apple TV and the TV. Make sure that the HDMI cable is securely connected at both ends to the TV and the Apple TV. Test with a known good HDMI cable. Try connecting to a different HDMI port on the TV. Try a different HDMI device in that port of the TV.
